COVID UPDATE

Dear Clients,

It’s been a long time – we have missed you so much!

Great news! We’re now open. We look forward to taming that Covid hair and seeing your faces. If you have already left a message via voicemail or email, you have been added to the waitlist. You will be called as soon as we get to your name.

Please do not call or email us as we are working diligently to get everyone booked in. Multiple calls and emails will only prolong the process.

Curbside Pickup Update:

We will be offering clients the ability to purchase products as well as colour-kits that we carry in the salon. To purchase, simply text our salon owner, Amy the products you would like.

Curbside pickup days and hours will be held on:

Tuesdays 10AM – 2PM

Thursdays 10AM – 2PM

Saturdays 10AM – 2PM

How to Order:

Order Products Via Phone

Call or text Amy at (647) 403-9672 and tell her what products you would like to purchase.

Pay Via E-Transfer

Once you have made your order, Amy will let you know your total. Simply e-transfer her at amycutz@gmail.com

Pick Up Your Order

Simply text Amy with your preferred pickup date & time, and she will have your order ready at the door. Pickup dates will be held every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 10AM – 2PM at our Oakville store-front (1495 Cornwall Rd #30, Oakville, ON).

We will be taking added precautions to ensure your safety as well as our talented team safety:

Salon Protocols

  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment and come directly inside.
 
  1. Please keep in mind that we do not have a waiting room, so please do not come early. 
 
  1. Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or sanitation stations provided. It is advised to wash hands with clean water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
 
  1. Wear a face mask in the location at all times. Please bring a personal mask from home, as we will have a limited quantity available in location.
 
  1. Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

WE HAVE MANDATED THAT ALL TEAM MEMBERS:
 
Wear a mask at all times.
 
Wear a mask/face shield during all face-to-face interactions with clients.
 
Wash their hands, before and after every appointment.
 
Clean and disinfect all tools with alcohol, before and after every appointment.
 
Clean and disinfect their chair and station, before and after every appointment.
 
Sanitize their hands throughout the service if they change tools or step away from their station at any time.
 
Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.

We will be offering full services (includes wash and blow-dry to haircuts) beginning Saturday, August 1 2020.

Our self-dry station will remain closed, but we will be offering Quick Dry to replace the self-dry station.

As of August 1, 2020, there will be a price increase of $4.

Price increase is for haircuts and blow-dry services. Chemical services prices will be adjusted separately and colourist will notify you.

This price is minimal and something that we must do in order to continue to provide you with the quality service that you’ve come to expect and deserve.

Please bring our own disposable mask for colour/highlights services as we will have limited masks to provide.

We can provide you with a mask if you don’t have one for a small fee of $2.

We are accepting gratuity on the debit/credit machine. However, you may still continue to bring in your own if you feel more comfortable.

We are transitioning to email confirmation. Please either update your email or add email to your profile to better service you.

The emails are for strictly email confirmations and updates especially in today times. No Spam emails.

2) You may bring in your purse if you feel more comfortable, however, we ask that you hang it on the loops provided underneath the station and not put it down on any surface.

3) No Food or Drinks permitted in the salon.

4) Bathrooms are now open.

5) Stay home if they are sick and/or not feeling well.

6) Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

1) Wear a face mask in the location at all times. Please bring a personal mask from home, as we will have a limited quantity available in location.

2) You may bring in your purse if you feel more comfortable, however, we ask that you hang it on the loops provided underneath the station and not put it down on any surface.

3) We are accepting gratuity on the debit/credit machine, you may still continue to bring in your own if you feel more comfortable.

4) Arrive no more than five minutes before your booked appointment, as designated waiting areas will no longer be available. You will be asked to wait outside until your service provider is ready to serve you. 

5) Attend appointments alone. Friends, family members, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

6) Accept the terms and conditions sent to you via appointment confirmation, prior to arriving at the location.

ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

1) You will be asked to confirm if you are feeling well – no fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

2) Expect to have your temperature taken upon entering the location. We will use a contactless, infrared thermometer to check the temperature of every team member and client that enters the salon. Any team member or client with a temperature above 99°F will be sent home, advised to seek medical attention and welcomed to return to the location when a fever and symptoms of COVID-19 no longer exist.

3) Please disinfect your hands upon arrival or sanitation stations provided. 

4) Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted in the salon. Serving beverages of any kind, magazines, and complimentary charging stations will be temporarily unavailable.
